A warrant has been issued for a teenager to be arrested after he failed to turn up for a court hearing in relation to an allegation of leaving a Newtown petrol station without paying for fuel.

Martin Mongan from Leicester, is accused of allegedly driving off with £95.40 of diesel on March 29 this year.
