Man faces trial over 97mph Newtown Bypass speeding allegation

A man accused of driving up to 97mph - almost 40 miles over the speed limit -on the Newtown Bypass has been sent for trial.

John Peter H Luebke, 55, is alleged to have driven a BMW vehicle that was clocked by a laser reaching speeds of 97 mph on March 22 this year.
