Newtown man to face trial over sex offender register breach

A convicted sex offender from Newtown will face trial this spring accused of failing to comply with the register's notification requirements.

Elijah Griffiths, 23, of Llanfair Road, pleaded not guilty to one charge of failing, without reasonable excuse, to comply and complete with the periodic notification requirement on July 1 last year.
