Powys is facing a shortage of land for the development of affordable housing and commercial and industrial property, a Newtown architect has warned.

Hughes Architects has offices throughout Mid Wales, and managing director Doug Hughes believes there could be a shortage of land submitted for consideration in south, mid and north Powys.
