Open Events is bloomin’ excited to be bringing you our first major event of 2023, the Spring Fayre! We hope you can join us as we bounce and dance our way into the luscious, long days of spring.
As with our other events, we’ll be celebrating the change of the seasons, and all that it brings with it. As life begins to stir in our rivers, hedgerows, veg-patches and beyond, we will be welcoming you for a day of festivities; there’ll be workshops for all ages, music and dancing performances, craft stalls, a fantastic parade, and much, much more.
The day will be kicking off at 11am when the stalls and workshops will open their doors, the food vendors will turn to cookers on, and the music will start playing. This is your chance to learn some new skills and get stuck in, make a drum from waste, perhaps try your hand at some printing.
3pm will see an explosion of colour and music for the procession, which will lead you wonderful people around the space as we transition into the afternoon, and with it performances from Qwerin, Fynci-Jync, and Newtown’s very own Clwb DJ Club from 4pm.
