It's great news for everyone as Newtown Musical Theatre Company has recently achieved success at the prestigious National Operatic and Dramatic Association (NODA) Awards.

The first award went to Karen McMurdo for her stellar portrayal of 'Rita O'Grady' in Made In Dagenham. Karen was honored with the title of "Outstanding Individual Performance" in District 1A (Ceredigion, North Powys & Wrexham).
The second award was secured by Chloe Collins & Rob Jones from the company's Publicity Team. They were recognized with the NODA Wales & Ireland regional award for “Outstanding Programme (24 Sides & Over)".
National Operatic and Dramatic Association (NODA) is the national organization that represents amateur theatre groups. Founded in 1899, NODA's mission is "to protect and advance the interests of operatic and dramatic art, and of societies engaged therein."
