In connection with the assault, the police arrested a 20-year-old man named Kenneth Jones. After thorough investigation and consultation with the Crown Prosecution Service, Jones has been charged with Wounding/Inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm without intent and Assault occasioning Actual Bodily Harm.

One of the victims, a 41-year-old man, continues to receive critical medical care at a local hospital. His condition remains unchanged, and medical professionals are working diligently to stabilize him. The extent and nature of his injuries have not been disclosed by the police.
