Jayne Ralph, 48, had been stopped by police when an officer claimed he could smell cannabis emanating from her vehicle.

She refused to provide a sample and claimed there was no smell of cannabis and she looked unwell.
She was later told she would face prosecution if she didn't provide a sample, but continued to refuse and was arrested.
At Welshpool Magistrates’ Court, Ralph pleaded guilty to not cooperating with the preliminary test.
Despite her refusal, the court decided not to disqualify Ralph from driving.
