Successes include the strong collaboration with the Town Council and Newtown Food Festival Community Interest Company; smooth setup and site management; responsible waste management and technology enhancements with the new trial and upgraded app.
Areas needing improvement for future events includes noise complaints - whilst less were recieved than last year, one complaint was still made to Powys County Council; late supplier changes and the cancellation of several bookings within 48 hours of the event taking place.

- Improved sinage
- More pre-event marketing
- Water Refill Station
- Increased lighting
- More sound system points across the entire site
