In a gripping football clash at Maes Tegid, Newtown AFC faced a narrow 2-1 defeat against Bala Town, leaving the 505 fans in attendance on the edge of their seats.

The game showcased an intense battle between the two teams, resulting in a shift in the JD Premier table standings.
