The plans for the six new residential dwellings were submitted by applicant, Arthur Howard in April 2023.

The new dwellings will feature a mixture for market properties and one affordable housing unit.
The houses will be of a townhouse nature, to support and fit in with existing properties in the area, along with the steep environment in which the properties are being built.
The plans are a reduction of what was previously proposed back in 2002 where 11 properties could have been built on the land.
The plans were supported by both the Town Council and local county councillor, Peter Lewington.
