A late night video shows the extent of the fire in Newtown's West ward.

The video, filmed by Suzy Hawkins and posted to the 'Crescent, Bryn, Commerical Street and surrounding area' group on Facebook shows a large fire taking place in Newtown at 12:30am this morning.

The fire is reported to have taken place in a garden shed behind houses on Union Street, in Newtown's West Ward.

Comments on the group indicate that nobody was hurt in the fire.
