The homes will be a variety of semi-detached and detached dwellings ranging in size from one-, through to four-bedroom properties. All will be available for sale on the open market.
Speaking of the exciting plans, Mike Sambrook of SJ Roberts Homes, said:
“As a local developer, this is an exciting opportunity for SJ Roberts Homes to provide a range of homes at this fantastic location on the edge of Newtown.”
Welshpool-based SJ Roberts Homes, part of the SJ Roberts Group, was established in 2016 and has since delivered several distinct developments across Shropshire. Its most recent one, Allscott Meads which is located between Shrewsbury and Telford on the site of a former sugar beet factory, is multi-award winning.
Today’s announcement, however, is the firm’s first project in Wales where, through its construction team, it has built an enviable reputation delivering homes for a range of clients.
Mike continues: “The homes that we will be delivering at Penson Gardens in Newtown have been carefully designed by our own in-house team and will be built using timber frames manufactured by our sister company, Lowfield Timber Frames.
“We cannot wait to get started and to show potential purchasers everything that this new development will offer.”
