According to the Powys County Times, a blood test revealed that she had 2.8 microgrammes of the illegal drug delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, surpassing the legal limit of 2mcgm.
The incident occurred when police halted Partington's vehicle in Treowen just after 4:30pm on April 30.
Despite being a first-time offender with no prior convictions, she was taken into custody after a roadside drug test returned a positive outcome.
As a result of the court proceedings, Ms Partington has been prohibited from driving for a year. Additionally, she has been ordered to pay £1,017 to the court, including a £666 fine for the offense.
