People are being urged to come forward with any information that could assist Dyfed-Powys Police in their investigation following a fatal collision on the A483 between Llanbister and Llanbadarn Fynydd.

The incident, which occurred at around 12.45pm today, involved an orange KTM motorcycle traveling northbound towards Llanbadarn Fynydd colliding with a car.

Sadly, the motorcyclist lost his life at the scene. The identity of the victim has not been released, but his family has been notified and is receiving support from specially trained police officers.

Officers are particularly interested in speaking with anyone who may have witnessed the vehicles involved prior to the collision or who has any dashcam footage that could help shed light on the circumstances leading to the tragic incident.
