Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn Town Council has announced an exciting opportunity for local businesses to embrace the festive spirit and showcase their creativity with the 'Festive Window Wonderland' competition.

The town council is urging all businesses in Newtown to participate in the annual Christmas festive window competition.

This year's theme for the competition is 'Elves.' However, the Town Council welcomes all businesses to participate and display their unique festive spirit in any creative way they choose.

The competition promises to add a touch of magic to Newtown's streets, as local shops and businesses transform their windows into enchanting displays that are sure to captivate residents and visitors alike.

Businesses interested in participating must register by November 25th, 2023, to ensure they have ample time to prepare their festive window displays.

The winner of the competition will be announced on Saturday, December 3rd, making it a delightful start to the holiday season for the entire town.

The competition will recongise the efforts of local businesses with a prestigious award. The winner will be celebrated for their creativity, imagination, and commitment to making Newtown a more enchanting place during the festive season.
