The town council has announced an exciting opportunity for local businesses to embrace the festive spirit and showcase their creativity with the annual Christmas festive window competition.

This year's theme for the competition is '12 Days of Christmas.' However, the Town Council welcomes all businesses to participate and display their unique festive spirit in any creative way they choose.

The competition promises to add a touch of magic to Newtown's streets, as local shops and businesses transform their windows into enchanting displays that are sure to captivate residents and visitors alike.

The town council, along with event partners for 2024, Severn Valley Events, have said that displays will be judged on Saturday 30th November during the Kicking off Christmas event with prizes for the winner.
