Director of the Arts at Urdd Gobaith Cymru, Llio Maddocks, expressed her enthusiasm for the upcoming Eisteddfod by highlighting the wide range of cultural experiences and opportunities it offers to children and young people. She acknowledged the support of Powys County Council in ensuring the success of the festival and encouraged everyone to come and witness Welsh culture and arts at their finest.

This year's festival will see some exciting developments, including collaboration with young curators for the Triban Festival to make it more inclusive and relevant to young people. A new digital area with various activities and a non-competitive stage called 'Sa Neb Fel Ti' will provide opportunities for all to showcase their talents.

The main ceremonies will take place daily at 2.30 pm on the white pavilion stage, with each day featuring different competitions and award ceremonies.

A new initiative this year will ensure that the winning literary works are immediately published as pamphlets for the audience to enjoy after the ceremonies.

Newtown & Llanllwchaiarn Town Council's has also supported the festival was evident, as they passed a motion emphasizing the tourism opportunities the event presents for the local businesses and economy. Town Councillors have encouraged businesses to join in the celebration by decorating their windows in honor of the Urdd event.
