Package: Part Time, 6 hours per week
Salary: £21,575 to £21,968 per year, pro rata

Main Purpose of Post:

£21,575 to £21,968 pro-rata hours: 6 hrs pw Monday to Friday to assist the Democratic Services team.
 
Duties include:
a) to provide customer services via the front desk during public opening hours (currently 11am-3pm) and by post, telephone and electronic means during office hours
b) to provide the Democratic Services Team and other officers with general administrative support
 
Applicants will be able to join a strong team in a forward-looking organisation, educated to National Qualification Framework Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent), supportive, self-motivated, flexible, and able to demonstrate experience of face-to-face communications with members of the public in a busy and varied environment, using tact and diplomacy.
