The site, opposite Pool Cottage in Aberhafesp, is located within Aberhafesp community council area.
Aberhafesp Community Council has raised concerns about the lack of consultation with neighbors regarding the project. They responded to the application stating:
"The neighbors have not been consulted on this, and the notice for this is on the telegraph opposite the property."
Additionally, queries were raised about noise management and emergency response due to the absence of on-site residents.
The proposed site is in proximity to residential properties, including Pool Cottage, Glanllyn, and Pen-y-Llyn.
Planners acknowledged that the impact on existing residences and future holiday lodges had been considered and environmental consultations have confirmed no significant concerns regarding noise, indicating a minimal impact on surrounding properties.
In 2023, a previous application for a similar project was refused but has now been approved following revisions.
