A Newtown man is set to go on trial after pleading not guilty to a charge of failing to provide a blood sample to police.
Chris Brewin, 32 from Lon Cierios in Newtown, is set to stand trial on Monday 18th November at Welshpool Magistrates Court.

Fail to provide specimen for analysis is an offence under Section 7(6) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and can result in an unlimited fine and or up to 6 months in prision.
