Newtown parkrun and Hafan yr Afon junior parkrun saw over 200 participants this weekend. Here's some of the results.
At the weekly Newtown parkrun, Harry Barrett clinched the top spot with a time of 18:22, setting a new personal best.

Alex Ballinger, a first-timer, finished in second place with a time of 18:38.
Gwern ap Rhobat set a new PB coming in at 18:52 for the 5k event.
Notably, William Purdy, a junior participant, achieved an impressive time of 19:24, setting a personal best.
At the Hafan yr Afon junior parkrun, Charlie Marriott finished first with a time of 08:19.
Thomas Mann set a new PB, finishing in second place at 08:24.
Morgan Pryce, a first-timer, rounded up the top three with a time of 08:44 and Maisie Love, was the first female finisher with a time of 09:20.
