Here's our roundup of this week's parkrun, which had a fantastic 169 participants on a sunny Saturday morning.
The top 20 finishers showcased their determination and fitness levels as they raced through the 5k course, with some impressive results to show for their efforts.

Leading the pack was Harry Woodhouse, a local runner in the male 20-24 age group, who set an impressive time of 18:22 to claim the top spot.
Following closely behind were Gwern ap Rhobat and Carl Evans, who secured the second and third positions with times of 18:57 and 19:06, respectively.
Megan Walker and Hannah Burkhardt impressed in the female 25-29 age group, finishing fourth and fifth with times of 19:14 and 19:45.
Ollie Jones, Hannah Thomas, and Geraint Parry also put on a strong showing to secure spots in the top 10.
Many of the top 20 runners also were running for the first time - congratulations to Megan Walker, Hannah Burkhardt, Austin Molnar, Martin Vivian and Luke Jarman.
The event, which takes place every Saturday morning at 9am, offers a platform for participants to walk, jog, run, volunteer, or simply spectate, fostering a sense of community and healthy living in Newtown.
