In a paper from the organisers, it says that the 2,000 budget will be spent on 'traffic management' which includes erection of traffic signs, letters to businesses, road closures and traffic management personnel.

In return the town council will get it's logo on all race numbers, the organisers website and social media coverage.

The event is scheduled to take place on Sunday 21st May 2023 and starts and finishes at the Hafan yr Afon building in Back Lane car park.
